With extensive experience in the IT world, Thierry is the company’s wise elder.
Now an agency director, he leads his troops with a firm hand, sometimes pulling out his remaining hair… But always maintaining his sportsman’s spirit and his benevolence! With his clients and his team, his watchwords are: rigor, punctuality, pragmatism.
His main strengths: his passion for sharing knowledge and his interpersonal skills.

Marjorie Marseilles

Need to order equipment today for tomorrow, or equipment that’s out of stock with the supplier? No problem… Marjorie is our fairy who almost always makes the impossible possible.
And while she primarily focuses on managing orders, their reception, and invoicing with rigor… she is also one of the pillars of Xbline’s good humor.
In fact, she has several awards for the most contagious laugh. Her main strengths: her rigor, resourcefulness, and joie de vivre.

Patrick Marchand

Zyxel and firewall expertise. A configuration incomprehensible to us, “mere Muggles that we are,” but essential for your businesses.
A small WAN to configure, the gateway’s IPsec is okay for VPN – TSE management, no worries!?!?! You get it, Patrick is a true professional in software and IT networks.
Afraid of jargon? Don’t worry! He compensates for this small specialist’s flaw by being attentive to others and their questions.

Jessica Ledu

The embodiment of joie de vivre, Jessica has been supporting the rest of the Xbline team in the administrative and accounting department for several years.
Welcoming to all her contacts, she always has an anecdote to tell and forms a formidable duo with Marjorie.
Clients, suppliers, delivery personnel, and colleagues are in good hands, because in addition to being competent, her natural empathy makes her sensitive to everyone’s well-being.

Matthieu Lang

The team’s “youngest member,” Matthieu is anything but a “newbie.”
A biker, stubborn, but tenacious, Matthieu evolves every day.
Despite already having significant experience, Matthieu strives to surpass himself.

Romain Montanari

Not so lucky with jokes, Romain is much more so in his professional career in management.
Passionate about technology, he nevertheless dedicated 10 years to the hotel and restaurant sector.
He took the opportunity to get involved in the technological evolution of these establishments.
2021: his passion for IT takes over. He then decided to join Xbline.
But between computer servers and bar servers, it’s hard to choose!
So he continues to combine his two passions by offering a truly tailor-made service to his clients, more than half of whom are… hotels and restaurants.
His main strengths: taste for challenge and listening skills.

Kevin Tavares

Young and full of promise, Kevin joined XBline as a natural fit. A true geek (as he spends most of his free time behind a screen), he naturally gravitated towards a vocational baccalaureate in digital systems. This step then offered him the opportunity to complete his internship at XBline. A great catch! Charmed by the team’s kindness, he then wished to complete a second internship within the company. The company reciprocated, appreciating his seriousness, efficiency, and hiring him a year later for his BTS apprenticeship contract for 2 years. Promising but humble, a bit shy, he will nevertheless have no trouble guiding you to solve your IT problem. With Kevin, you are in good hands; IT is his second nature.

Johane Memran

With significant experience in human resources as an executive assistant, Johane decided to take on a new challenge by joining Xbline’s administrative and accounting department. Sociable, helpful, rigorous, and attentive, she sprinkles all these qualities with a good dose of contagious good humor that quickly brings a smile to her contacts and colleagues. Jonathan Derlande

Jonathan and Xbline, it’s a story that seems to make perfect sense. Indeed, long before he joined the company, Jonathan was already familiar with the company’s methods. And for good reason, Vincent (the founder himself) had been supporting him for several years in his role as IT manager within an SME specializing in house construction. So when this former employer had to file for bankruptcy, Vincent naturally offered him a position at Xbline. This shows how much Vincent had appreciated his colleague’s skills. Especially since Jonathan residing in Valence, his recruitment could have been delicate. But no matter: Xbline having a client portfolio in Valence, Jonathan naturally takes charge, as a priority, of clients in this sector. Antoine Jeandot

Already an IT technician for several years in an IT department of a company linked to health insurance, Antoine wanted to take on new challenges. Wishing to evolve and improve his skills, he therefore sought an IT service company full of promise. And it was naturally Xbline that caught his attention. He was looking for variety in his work, in terms of clients, missions… and with Xbline, it’s a match! It’s even more of a match because the atmosphere is great, according to him. David Hoogstoel

Like Asterix with the magic potion, he fell into IT when he was a kid! From the age of 6, David became passionate about this world, following in his father’s footsteps. After a few years detour into cooking, a field in which he obtained his CAP and BEP (this time to follow his mother’s path), he quickly returned to his first love: IT. He has now been thriving in this sector for over twenty years, and since 2024, he has joined Xbline as a project manager to design the best solutions for your IT projects. Do you imagine him locked in dark rooms with computers as his only interlocutors? Think again, what motivates him in this profession is the relationship with all the people he meets during his activity. A great sociability that you will not fail to notice when you meet him, as he is a biker, a real one!
His main strengths: a relational gift – surprising 🙂 – and resourcefulness.

Nicolas Teissier

Do you wish to organize future IT interventions in your company with Xbline? Nicolas will be the go-to person to plan your project from A to Z. Trained in Revenue Management at the VATEL school in Lyon, he practiced this consulting activity for several years in prestigious hotel chains between France and the United States. Slowed down by COVID, he then bounced back and used his organizational and relational skills for various companies.
The latest being Xbline, for which he proves to be an excellent recruit who will enable the company to develop a new specific offering for hoteliers. In short, you understand, Nicolas has a lot of ideas and never gives up. Normal for someone passionate about running, trails, and half-marathons.
His main strengths: perseverance and adaptability.

Jérôme Dumoulin

A connoisseur of life, Jérôme is curious about everything… Technology, of course, but not only! As a result, 24-hour days are not long enough for this seasoned network and system administrator, who is eager to take on new challenges.

And it’s a good thing, because after extensive experience in this field, including 8 years at Passman, a leader in IT for hotels, Jérôme was assigned, upon joining our team, the 1^st network and system technician position for XBline’s new subsidiary, XBhost, dedicated to managing the IT infrastructure of hotels, restaurants, and nursing homes. A significant responsibility that perfectly matches his taste for challenge.

His main strengths: experience, curiosity, and a taste for perfection.

Nicolas Deville

Joined Xbline in 2025

At XBLine, we like to say that Nicolas is “the youngest member of the family.” And what a member! He fell into IT at a very young age, catching the bug at 10, thanks to his father, an IT professional who passed on his passion.

Very early on, Nicolas dreamed of creating his own computer hardware store. Logically, he pursued a vocational baccalaureate in Digital Systems… and set up a real professional network, including a server rack, in the family garage!

With his diploma in hand, he decided to enter the working world. But before diving headfirst into IT, he took an unexpected detour through the fields: for several months, he worked as an agricultural laborer for his cereal-farming uncles. A strong experience that forged his rigor and sense of a job well done.

Then came the time to return to his first love: IT. He approached companies in the sector, armed with a portfolio that exuded passion. This is what convinced Romain to give him a chance. And the rest, you know: Nicolas naturally joined the XBLine team, where he is now fully part of the adventure.

His strengths: passion, interpersonal skills, desire to learn.

Anael Elalaoui

Always passionate about IT, Anael began his career in a college with an ambitious mission: to fully digitize the institution. A first experience that revealed to him the complexity of large-scale IT projects.

Eager to improve his skills, he joined the service provider company that supported him on this project to discover varied environments. There, he developed his expertise, particularly in cybersecurity.

For several years, he worked on technical projects, until he felt a lack in a structure that had become too large: less proximity, less impact, no development prospects.

He then reconnected with Vincent, whom he had met on a joint project. The need was there, the timing was right: it was a match!

Today at XBline, Anael leads complex projects, combining technical requirements, security, and human support.

His strengths: dynamism, attentiveness, and interpersonal skills.
